Million Dollar Brand Accelerator – Terms & Conditions

1. Program Enrollment & Commitment


By enrolling in the Million Dollar Brand Accelerator (“MDBA”), you agree to participate in a customized coaching and brand development program designed to support the creation of your intellectual property, messaging, and business strategy.


2. No Refund Policy


Due to the bespoke and high-touch nature of this program, all payments are non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge this policy and commit fully to the process.


3. Confidentiality & Privacy


MDBA is a collaborative and supportive environment where members share ideas, frameworks, and personal insights. To protect the integrity of the program:

  • You agree not to copy, share, or distribute other members’ intellectual property or content.

  • You agree to respect the privacy of group discussions, coaching sessions, and community spaces.


4. Intellectual Property


All curriculum, frameworks, tools, and materials provided within MDBA are the exclusive property of Mindy DiPietro and MDBA. They are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be reproduced, repackaged, or resold.


5. Media & Testimonials


As a Founding Member, you agree that your testimonials (written, spoken, recorded, or otherwise shared), as well as photos or video from MDBA sessions or events, may be used by MDBA in marketing, educational, and promotional materials. See separate Media & Testimonial Release for full terms.


6. Community Guidelines

 
  • Treat all members with respect, kindness, and professionalism.

  • Engage in constructive feedback when invited, focusing on encouragement and growth.

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Failure to uphold these guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.


7. Coaching Disclaimer


MDBA provides education, coaching, and strategy support. It does not replace therapy, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and results.


8. Results Disclaimer


While MDBA provides tools and guidance to accelerate your brand and business, individual results will vary. Success depends on your commitment, implementation, and external factors outside MDBA’s control.


9. Governing Law


These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country].
