1. Program Enrollment & Commitment

• By enrolling in the Million Dollar Brand Accelerator (“MDBA”), you agree to participate in a customized coaching and brand development program designed to support the creation of your intellectual property, messaging, and business strategy.

2. No Refund Policy

• Due to the bespoke and high-touch nature of this program, all payments are non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge this policy and commit fully to the process.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

• MDBA is a collaborative and supportive environment where members share ideas, frameworks, and personal insights. You agree not to copy, share, or distribute other members’ intellectual property or content and to respect the privacy of all group discussions and coaching sessions.

4. Intellectual Property

• All curriculum, frameworks, tools, and materials provided within MDBA are the exclusive property of Mindy DiPietro and MDBA. They are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be reproduced, repackaged, or resold.

5. Media & Testimonials

• As a member, you agree that your testimonials (written, spoken, recorded, or otherwise shared), as well as photos or video from MDBA sessions or events, may be used by MDBA for marketing and educational purposes.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

• MDBA provides education, coaching, and strategy support. It does not replace therapy, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and results.

7. Results Disclaimer

• While MDBA provides tools and guidance to accelerate your brand and business, individual results will vary. Success depends on your commitment, implementation, and external factors outside MDBA’s control.

Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Million Dollar Brand Accelerator. This private community is reserved for high-achieving professionals committed to building significant streams of income, developing unique Intellectual Property (IP), and solidifying their legacy. This is a supportive space designed for collaboration, relationship building, and mutual accountability. Our foundation is built on deep trust, mutual professional respect, and an environment where ambitious trial and error leads to unparalleled success.

I. Communication & Professional Conduct

We expect a high standard of professional behavior and a commitment to maintaining a space of mutual respect for all members at all times.

1. Respect for Time and Focus:

• Contribute with Intention: When posting, ensure your contribution is focused, relevant to the program's goals, and offers clear value—whether that's a breakthrough, a specific question, or a detailed piece of feedback.
• No Unsolicited Selling or Spam: Do not post direct links to your sales pages, lead magnets, or booking links. The exception is when you are directly responding to a specific request from another member.

2. Host Support & Response Time (Honoring Energy Flow)

• Focused Feedback: I am committed to providing the highest quality support, but my time is managed to allow for the deep research and trial-and-error required to develop cutting-edge material.
• Asynchronous Support: You will receive a response as soon as possible. However, some questions require deeper thought or research on my part to ensure the best strategic guidance. Please allow for this necessary processing time.
• Use the Right Channels: Utilize the designated Q&A or coaching channels first before sending a private message, as this helps me deliver the most impactful support to the entire group efficiently.

3. Direct Messaging (DM) Etiquette for Relationship Building

• Build in Public First: Before sending a cold DM to another member, please engage with them publicly in the community space to establish rapport.
• DM with Respect: Cold outreach DMs should be respectful, brief, and never purely promotional. Always honor a member's boundary if they prefer not to engage in private conversation.

II. Absolute Legal & Ethical Integrity

Because we discuss high-level IP and business strategies, adherence to this section is non-negotiable.

4. Strict Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

• What is Shared Stays Here: All proprietary information, financial data, unreleased strategies, client stories, and coaching advice shared by members or the host within this program must remain strictly confidential.
• Breach of Trust: Sharing any member's or the host's confidential information outside of this private program is a severe breach of trust and will result in immediate removal without refund and potential legal action.

5. Respect for Intellectual Property (IP Protection)

• Develop Your Own IP: All members are here to develop their own unique IP and frameworks. You are strictly prohibited from replicating, modifying, or rebranding the unique methodologies, templates, or models shared by your coach or other members for commercial use.
• Collaboration Clause: If an idea shared by a member inspires a new major direction for you, you must obtain explicit written permission and discuss a formal, mutually beneficial collaboration.

6. Limitation of Liability and Advice

• No Fiduciary Duty: The information, advice, and coaching provided are for educational purposes only. We are not certified financial advisors, tax experts, or legal counsel.
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all decisions made based on shared information. Always consult licensed professionals before implementing financial, legal, or tax strategies.

III. Commitment to Progress

7. Honoring Your Accomplishments & Expertise

• This program is a Mastermind of Accomplished Professionals. We expect you to bring your existing expertise, share insights, and honor the expertise of your peers.

8. Show Up and Implement

• This is a "Done-With-You" program designed for implementation. Commit to doing the deep work, experimenting with new concepts, and sharing your results.
• Trial and Error is Required: Share your challenges and failures alongside your wins; transparency is the highest value you can offer the community.

9. Managing Your Effort

• Focus and Sprint: Approach the work in focused bursts, followed by rest and integration time. Don’t push through burnout; pivot or pause when needed.

Photo & Media Release Agreement

This agreement allows The Million Dollar Brand Access (“MDBA”) to use photographs, video recordings, or other media containing your image, likeness, name, voice, or written statements for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.

1. Authorization

By signing this release, I hereby grant MDBA, its representatives, and affiliates the right to record, photograph, and use my image, likeness, and/or voice in any media format (including but not limited to photos, videos, testimonials, or live session recordings).

I understand that these materials may be used in:

• Marketing materials (social media, website, email campaigns, or ads)
• Online courses, training, and educational programs
• Promotional materials related to MDBA and its affiliates

2. Rights and Usage

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which it may be applied. I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these materials and that MDBA retains full rights to edit, distribute, and publish them in perpetuity.

3. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless MDBA, its employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of such media, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of rights of publicity.

4. Voluntary Participation

I confirm that my participation and consent are voluntary and that I may contact MDBA at any time to revoke permission for future use of my likeness (this will not affect materials already published).

5. Acknowledgment and Signature

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms.
